A combo of Grenache and Sangiovese combine for our 2019 Rosé. Lumiere means light in French and that sums up this vibrant little thirst quencher. All grown on the iron rich soils of Heathcote’s Camel Back vineyard the fruit is picked early in the morning to retain acidity and freshness. Pressed as soon as it hits the winery into tank and barrel (15%). Fresh crushed raspberry, tangy pomegranate drive the palate with a little spice to finish things off.

Raised
Very lightly pressed into tank, juice is naturally settled and fermented wild. Balanced out with a few barrel ferments on full solids to add texture and complexity. A rosè of character and high drinkability.
