Grown on the red Cambrian soils of the Willoughby Bridge vineyard in Heathcote. Handpicked and sorted in the vineyard on 19th March 2016.

A wild fermentation in open-top fermenters with gentle plunging followed by 50 days on skins. 12 months in older oak, bottled unfiltered and unfined. A perfumed Nebb, full of morello cherries, violets and roses.
